Export expectations weaken considerably

Business confidence among German exporters has clearly deteriorated. The ifo Export Expectations in manufacturing fell to 1.4 balance points in March, from 7.2 balance points in February. This is the lowest value since October 2012. The slowing of the global economy is causing problems for the German export industry.
